VoxKeep is provided by Charles van der Straeten, Luxembourg. Contact: contact@voxkeep.com

Permitted use

VoxKeep may be used for personal and professional purposes. You agree not to use VoxKeep to circumvent Instagram's or Meta's Terms of Service, or for any unlawful purpose.

Acceptable use

• You may only transcribe voice messages from your own Instagram Direct inbox.
• You must not transcribe voice messages sent by others without their consent.
• You must not use VoxKeep to intercept communications you are not a party to.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or abuse the VoxKeep API.

Availability

VoxKeep is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service is currently in development (waitlist phase).

Intellectual property

You retain all rights to your transcriptions. VoxKeep claims no rights over the content you transcribe.

Limitation of liability

VoxKeep is not responsible for the accuracy of transcriptions. Transcriptions are not certified legal evidence. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 preceding months.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg City.
